APH mochi cookies

APH mochi butter cookies were vanilla flavored and
decorated with royal icing and chocolate.

Royal icing was used for the white bass, Russia's scarf,
China and America and Italy's hair, and the inside of the mouths and
eyes, while the rest of the lines were made with chocolate.


It took one day to bake them and another to decorate.


Full credit to for the cute design of the
mochis, also the 5 extra Hanatamagos were based on the
original design by Himaruya.
